Shirley is a Cross-Cultural, diversity and inclusion expert with 10 years of experience consulting and facilitating workshops about diversity, inclusion and cultural intelligence. Since 2009 Shirley has been working across the Latin American region, and have become and expert on Latin American Cultures. Since 2015 Shirley has been working as an Expert Panelist for the research on Global D&I Benchmarks, and is a delegate of the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Futures project lead by the Center for Global Inclusion. Since 2016 Shirley has been also working as a professor of Cross-Cultural Management for the Online Business School at Barcelona University.
