In March 2016, the global and regional offices of the International Cooperative Alliance entered into a partnership with the European Commission, DG Development and Cooperation.
The ICA-EU partnership (#coops4dev?) aims to bring the cooperative model to the next level within international development policies and programs.
#coops4dev? is built around activities focusing on visibility, advocacy, capacity building, networking, and support from comprehensive research.
Acting as partners, the regional and global offices of the ICA are driving the actions, in collaboration with cooperative member organisations, civil society, development stakeholders, and international institutions.
Several #coops4dev? staff members from ICA offices across the globe took part in organizing the GYF20.

Special Thanks
As a part of the organizing team, we cannot forget about the whole ANGKASA team, with a special mention to the International Relations Department and to Dr. Mohd Azlan and Mr. Nasir, whose hard work and support made this even possible. The GYF20 could have not asked for better hosts for its first edition.
