Network mapping and identifying ‘your person’

Topic:

An interactive session where participants will learn how to network map and develop a visualisation of their connections to grow their customer, membership or supporter base. They will identify a list of contacts that they trust to support them in a variety of ways to make their co-op a success; this could be through time, funds, influence or exposure.

Participants will identify what their needs, gaps or areas for future development are through developing their ‘missing person’.
